What better company to be a representation for Love Heals?! Prove People Wrong is not only a line of clothing but a “movement that serves as inspiration and a constant reminder that success is a choice; that hard work and determination can overcome even the most daunting obstacles.” This is one of my favorite lines because it totally embodies what I believe in and what I strive to do everyday …to prove people wrong. Doctors have labeled me “incurable” and I want nothing more than to prove them all wrong!
Not only am I a fan of this line because of the meaning and message behind the gear, but even more so because it is owned and operated by two very special people to me, Emory Jones and Brian Axelrod. These guys have the biggest hearts, are so inspiring and have been so supportive of me. They started this whole movement to spread hope and inspiration to countless people, ranging from professional athletes who have defied all odds, to people with limiting physical disabilities and for people such as myself who are fighting to overcome health challenges. What an amazing concept! Also, they have been so beyond generous, and have given me the opportunity to give away some free pieces on the site, so stay tuned for a future announcement on how to qualify to get your free #PPW stuff!!! (told you they have huge hearts)………
The line has something to offer for men, women, and youth alike. I own several pieces myself and love wearing all of it! I feel really empowered when I do, and it’s a constant reminder of my determination and the goals I have set before myself. They also designed special pieces dedicated to those who are fighting breast cancer or for those who know someone who is. There’s a shirt, pictured below, that comes in both men’s and women’s styles, (the one pictured is the women’s version), along with pink ribbon wristbands. I received a bunch of the PPW bands and I gave them out to my friends and family… super cool way to both show support and feel supported.
Become part of the #PPW movement. Make sure to check out the site to get some gear for you or for someone you know in need of some inspiration. You can also follow them on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to keep up with the the latest styles and constant stories of motivation, inspiration and triumph.
